Customer Journeys

📎 Increased attachment file size limit:

  • Users can now upload attachments up to 20MB, giving them greater flexibility to include any documents needed ahead of their appointment.

Studio

💸 Coupon support is now available!

  • Configure promotions for fixed amount, percentage off and usage limits in Studio
  • Allow your customers to apply coupons during the booking process for flexible, trackable promotions
  • Create and manage discount or promotional codes for services via our API

🔓 Extension of manager role

  • Users with the role manager are upon popular request now able to handle resources similar to how they would handle staff. Store or branch managers can create, edit or delete a resource - making it easier to manage these and requiring less coordination with HQ.
