Customer Journeys

  • We made improvements to the validation on error messaging when Captcha fails while making a booking.
  • On the adaptable journeys if a service is selected that has only on duration, we now skip the service duration step.
  • Improved Chinese language support

Studio

  • Streamline booking with fewer steps and higher conversion.
  • Enables staff to create links that include additional colleagues for joint or cross-department appointments.
  • Reduces admin effort with self-serve, flexible link creation.
  • We added the method of a service next to the service names on dropdown fields, to make it easier to identify the correct service to select

Queuing

We have now introduced queuing notifications!

  • This feature aims to enable real-time desktop notifications that alert only available staff when a new customer joins a relevant queue, improving staff response times and ensuring quicker service delivery
