Customer Journey

New: Multi Service Customer Journeys

Multi-Service Bookings allows customers to book multiple appointments at one location in a single journey without needing to start over for each booking.

This feature streamlines the booking process, saving time and encouraging more appointments to be made in one go. It’s especially useful for bundled or related services, improving customer convenience while driving higher booking volume.

New: Redesigned Payments Journey: A Smoother Checkout Experience

We’ve redesigned the payments workflow to enhance the UX for your end customers. This update is particularly beneficial for customers who are using iframe journeys on their websites.

The new payment workflow provides a cleaner, more intuitive design for easy navigation. It minimises disruptions by reducing pop-ups, offering a more streamlined and uninterrupted experience

Other Customer Journey releases:

  • Ensured that answered (conditional) booking question are saved when editing another service in the multi service booking flow
  • Made some changes to the input of additional attendees (no longer requiring commas or space but simply using enter key) to make it easier to add them
Studio

  • Added a setting in the journey builder to turn the new Multi-Service feature on or off
  • Made some improvements to the bulk importer like handling duplicate entries
  • Added the option to configure Custom Text for the new payments step as part of the journey builder, also supporting translations
Queueing

  • Allowing only the roles of Owner, Admin and Manager to close a queue
  • Expanded Slot Visibility: Future bookings and blocks now appear under staff names across all sections (incl custom sections) on the concierge page, except "Unavailable" section
  • We no longer show the "New appointment" button when a service is marked as a queue-only service
  • Fixed an issue where blocks were not showing as expected
