The Conversion Dashboard provided in JRNI Analytics shows the conversion and revenue of appointments. Use this dashboard to understand which of your stores, services, and staff are contributing the most to your revenue growth.
Report types
JRNI Analytics comes with a template library of reports (Looks) which, for the Conversion Dashboard, includes the below:
- Converted appointments today: total number of appointments converted into a sale vs. yesterday
- Unconverted appointments today: total number of appointments that didn’t convert into a sale vs. yesterday
- Total revenue of sales today: total revenue from converted appointments vs. yesterday
- Average revenue per conversion: average revenue from converted appointments vs. yesterday
- Total sales per service: total revenue per service
- Converted appointments this week: total number of appointments converted into a sale this week vs. last week
- Unconverted appointments this week: total number of appointments that didn’t convert into a sale this week vs. last week
- Total revenue of sales this week: total revenue from converted appointments this week vs. last week
- Average revenue per conversion this week: average revenue from converted appointments this week vs. last week
- Highest conversion service: compare the services that have the highest conversion
- Highest conversion staff: compare the staff that have the highest conversion
- Highest conversion category: compare the categories that have the highest conversion
With Analytics Plus, on top of viewing the Conversion dashboard, existing reports can be removed and newly-created reports can be added.

Downloading the dashboard and/or its reports (Looks)
You are able to download the entire Conversion dashboard, or the individual reports (Looks) displayed, as a PDF or CSV file. To learn more, visit our guide on sending, scheduling and downloading reports/dashboards.
Drilling into dashboard data
As you hover your mouse over the reports (Looks) displayed on the Conversion dashboard, you’ll notice certain clickable elements. By clicking on these you have the power to drill further into the data in various ways. To learn more, visit our guide on drilling into your data.
Changes have been made to the Conversion Dashboard
Customization to the Conversion Dashboard can only be made by Analytics Plus users. However, any changes made will be visible to all Analytics users (including Essentials).
