  • Continuously working on improving the Gcal Sync
  • Changed the due time calculation for Queuing to not consider the staff who are in the meet and greet section
  • Did some work to de-associate a service from child queues when the service is updated to an" appointment-only" service at the parent

Customer Journey

New: Multi Service Customer Journeys

Multi-Service Bookings allows customers to book multiple appointments at one location in a single journey without needing to start over for each booking. 

Studio

New: Closed days

You can now easily block staff and resources in advance for holidays, emergency closures or any other type of closure to improve scheduling efficiency. This can be set up on parent level and is a huge time saver! Alongside this new feature we have also updated the business info section with an improved UI and usability.

  • Added custom text support in the journey builder for the new text fields related to the new payment flow that we released in the previous release
  • Added a new setting to the location step in the journey builder. This is to give customers the flexibility to choose between infinite scroll and a "load more"results button of the list of location results
  • Did some work to increase security and prevent cross-site scripting
  • We are now supporting an audit history for externally created blocks , giving users the ability to fully view any information/action/changes tied to that block

Queuing

New: Automated Queue Schedules

Simplify queue management with automated scheduling for opening and closing hours, ensuring smooth operations and improved efficiency.

 

  • We are now redirecting a user to the queue list page if the queue they are trying to join is not found (instead of just returning a 404 error)
  • Did some work to show a more accurate error message, when selecting the am/pm toggle incorrectly
  • Fixed a visual defect for the queuing staff popover

With Google Meet integration, virtual meetings are automatically created and linked to bookings—no need to manually generate meeting links. This ensures a smooth experience for both staff and customers, reduces setup time, and helps avoid errors or missed meetings.
