What is the lead time dashboard?
The lead time report provides valuable insight into the lead time (or wait) for a specific service and location. The report shows the name of the location, the name of the service and the total number of days a customer has to wait to book an appointment.
By understanding the demand vs capcity for services, you can optimise the allocation of staff across services, locations, and methods to improve the customer experience and reduce lead times. This can also drive more appointment bookings by reducing abandonment, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
How to access the lead time dashboard?
Follow the steps below to access the lead time dashboard:
- Login to your JRNI account in Studio.
- From the left-hand menu, select Analytics > Essential / or Plus (based on the license you have).
- You will now be directed to the JRNI Analytics platform.
- In Analytics, from the left-hand menu, select Folders > Shared Folders.
- Select the 'Lead Time By Service' dashboard.
- Remember to press the heart icon which will bookmark the dashboard, which can be accessed directly under Favorites in the left hand panel in Analytics.
- In the Advanced menu, select 'Customer and Admin can confirm' under Confirmable By.
- Select the 'Save' button.
Still have questions?
