Using the lead time dashboard

What is the lead time dashboard?

The lead time report provides valuable insight into the lead time (or wait) for a specific service and location. The report shows the name of the location, the name of the service and the total number of days a customer has to wait to book an appointment.

Benefits

By understanding the demand vs capcity for services, you can optimise the allocation of staff across services, locations, and methods to improve the customer experience and reduce lead times. This can also drive more appointment bookings by reducing abandonment, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
