Using the HQ Dashboard

You need to be using Analytics Essentials / Analytics Plus to view this dashboard

The HQ Dashboard shows performance over time and allows you to compare your various regions/locations/branches. In turn, this enables you to provide your team with the necessary information required to make organizational or business decisions.

JRNI Analytics HQ Dashboard

Report types

JRNI Analytics comes with a template library of reports (Looks) which, for the HQ Dashboard, includes the below:

Appointments
  • Total Appointments Year-to-Date: compare the amount of appointments this year to the current date, to the same date last year
  • Total Appointments Month-to-Date: compare the amount of appointments this month this year, to the same month last year
  • % of Cancelled Appointments year-to-date: compare the % of cancelled appointments this year vs. to last year
  • Compare YOY Appointments by Month: compare the amount of appointments taking place per month over the last couple of years
  • Target Monthly Appointment by Region: compare the amount of appointments per region against a pre-set reference/target (this year)
  • Most utilized locations: compare the amount of appointments per store/branch
  • Most popular services: compare the amount of appointments per service
  • Appointments by Channel: compare appointments per channel
  • Appointments Heat Map: view on a map where the highest or lowest concentration of appointments are taking place
Events
  • Total Tickets Year-to-Date: compare the number of tickets booked (events) this year to the current date to the same date last year
  • Total Tickets Month-to-Date: compare the number of tickets booked (events) this month this year to the same month last year
  • % of Cancelled Tickets year-to-date: compare the % of cancelled tickets booked this year vs. last year
  • Tickets by Month by Region: compare the number of tickets booked per region this year vs. last year
  • Most tickets per location: compare the number of tickets booked per store/branch
  • Most popular events: compare the number of tickets booked per service
  • Tickets by Channel: compare tickets booked per channel
  • Events Heat Map: view on a map where the highest or lowest concentration of tickets booked are taking place
Queueing
  • Queue dashboard: Displays an overview of people that joined queues, average wait time and most popular services/locations
  • Total Queuers Year-to-Date: compare the number of queuers this year to the current date to the same date last year
  • Total Queuers Month-to-Date: compare the number of queuers this month this year to the same month last year
  • Left queuers Year-to-Date: compare the number of queuers that left the queue this year vs. last year
  • Tickets by Month by Region: compare the number of tickets booked per region this year vs. last year
  • Compare YOY Queuers by Month: compare the number of queuers per month over the last couple of years
  • Target Monthly Queuers by Region: compare the number of queuers per region against a pre-set reference/target (this year)
  • Most utilized locations: compare the numbers of queuers booked per store/branch
  • Most popular services: compare the number of queuers booked per service
  • Queuers by Queue Name: compare queuers booked per queue
  • Queue Appointments Heat Map: view on a map where the highest or lowest concentration of queue appointments are taking place
  • Average wait time: This data point tells us the average time between joining the queue and 'Being seen'

With Analytics Plus, on top of viewing the dashboard, existing reports can be removed and newly-created reports can be added.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

Downloading the dashboard and/or its reports

You are able to download the entire Event Dashboard, or the individual reports displayed, as a PDF or CSV file. To learn more, visit our guide on Sending, scheduling and downloading reports/dashboards.

Drilling into dashboard data

As you hover your mouse over the tiles displayed on the HQ Dashboard, you’ll notice certain clickable elements. By clicking on these you have the power to drill further into the data in various ways. To learn more, visit our guide on Drilling into your data.

Changes have been made to the HQ Dashboard

Customization to the HQ Dashboard can only be made by Analytics Plus users. However, any changes made will be visible to all Analytics users (including Essentials). Visit our guide on customizing dashboards, to learn more.
