Image Requirements for Categories & Services

To ensure your images display clearly across all devices, please follow the guidelines below when uploading imagery for categories and services.

Supported Format & Size

  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9
  • File Types: JPG or PNG
  • Maximum File Size: 2MB per image
  • Recommended Style: Icons or inspirational photography according to your corporate design/ branding guidelines (must follow size and composition rules below)

Responsive Behaviour

Images automatically resize and crop depending on the user’s device. Because mobile layouts crop more aggressively, it’s important to keep key content centered.

  • Desktop: 327 × 192 px
  • iPhone: 178 × 192 px
  • Android: 169 × 192 px
Service Image Dimensions (General Display Size)
  • Desktop: 327 × 192 px
  • iPhone: 430 × 192 px
  • Android: 412 × 192 px

Composition Guidelines

Safe Zone / Focal Point
  • Keep all essential elements (logos, icons, subjects of photos, key text) centered.
  • Place only non-critical background details near the edges, as these areas may be cropped on mobile devices or when the card resizes.

Consistency

  • Use a consistent visual style across all categories and services.
    • If you use icons, keep icon style uniform.
    • If you use photography, ensure images share a cohesive look and feel.
