Platform
Did some work to allow the EOC cancel booking api to work for deleting secondary slots
Fixed an rounding issue of Outlook events, now rounding down the start time to nearest multiple of 5 and rounding up end time to nearest multiple of 5- Changed the builder/branding Auth to make it more secure
- Added some config to conditionally enablerecaptcha for some chinese language users
- During various pieces of work to improve safety and prevent attacks
Queuing
- On the concierge we are now show the ticket number alongside the queuer-name to better identify the person queuing
- The "Leave the queue" button in the adaptable/old journeys now remain visible but in a disabled (frozen) state, indicating the user can no longer interact with it after a staff in Studio clicked to start serving the customer . This avoids confusion and makes it clear the action is intentionally blocked rather than missing
- Made the "reconnection success" notification timeout configurable, so you can control how long it should be shown
- Did some work to ensure that if a resource name is updated, this name is immediately reflect on the Concierge page
- Fixed an issue with staff being stuck in the wrong status due to invalidations not happening properly
- We are noe showing an error message on the concierge page indicating to check internet connection or refresh the page when the users internet is disconnected
- Did some work on the queuing APIs to reduce turnaround time
- When a staff member is unassigned from a location while actively serving a client, the system now automatically finishes serving the customer, ensuring the session is properly closed
- Added an auto redirect from the queue confirmation page to the queue tracker page to make the experience even better and easier
- Did some work to conditionally skip the join queue page if in queue only mode and queue is active
Customer Journeys
💥 We are now supporting Google Meet on our new customer journeys! Making it a lot easier to join your meetings straight from Studio !
🗪 We also did a lot of work making sure our new appointment and events booking journeys are fully compliant with accessibility guidelines- so that everyone has the best, equal and easiest possibly to book their event!
- Fixed an issue where under "Select tickets", the Voice over didn’t read out that e.g. "3000 tickets available"and when the user is using the “-” or “+” options to add and remove tickets that was also not read by the Voice Over. Now everything is read out properly- according to WCAG4.1.3 guidelines
- Fixed some visual misallignments between some suggested slots
- Added multi language support for recaptcha
- Fixed an issue where rescheduling a multi duration service appointment resets the booking duration
- Fixed an issue where conditional questions for multi service journeys were pre-filled
Studio
- Did some work to make sure the importer input field properly handles long file names
- Fixed an issue where dragging on the calendar was selecting the wrong timeframe
- Added Google Meet support
- If an additional attendee was added to an appointment we now make sure they also get the relevcant email notifications
- Fixed some issues around changing a multi day event to a single day event
Events
👀 We now launched our new events bulk importer- making the creation and management of a large scale of events as easy, fast and streamlined as possible!
- Fixed some download errors cauded by UDF filter selection in the events bulk importer
- Added a field for related services in the events bulk importer
- Fixed an issue where an incorrect date format would allow a download in the events importer- now showing an error message
- Made a few UX/Ui improvements like icons, placeholder texts and error messages to make the experience with the events bulk importer even better
- Making sure the character limits for the new events bulk importer match the BE requirements
- When a user attempts to download events via the Export Events CSV but 0 events are available,the download will be blocked
- Making sure event group filters work as expected and supporting long names
- Made some improvements to the events chain GET API
- Did some work to make sure all filters are validating before being able to download events
- Added a disabled and event type filter to the events bulk importer
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect time was shown for events on the events landing page UI
