Business Details

The Business Details section allows you to configure essential details about your business, including business info, contact information, timezone, and operating hours. These settings help provide accurate details to your customers when they book appointments or events. Role access: Owner, Admin, or Manager role.

Basic info

  • Enter your business name as you want it to appear to customers. This name will be shown in the location dropdown when you log in to the Studio. It will also appear as the branch name in the Location step of the appointment booking journey.
  • You can optionally add a short description for internal reference.
  • Select the correct timezone for your business.
  • This setting determines the timezone displayed in the calendar, agenda, and other time-based views within Studio.
  • It also affects the timezone in the Availability step of appointment booking journey.

Contact Details

Provide your business contact information to make it easier for customers to reach you:

  • Phone Number: Enter your contact number along with the country code. If enabled in the Journey Builder, this number will be displayed in the Location step of the appointment booking journey.
  • Address: Specify your location details, including street address, city, region, and postal code. This address will appear in the Location step of the appointment booking process. It will also be displayed on the booking confirmation page. If an event is set to use the branch address, this location will be shown on the event details page.
  • Country: Choose the country where your business operates.
  • Click "Show location on map" to verify your address.

Opening Hours

Set your standard business hours to inform customers when your business is open. These hours do not affect actual appointment availability, but they help customers know when you operate.

  • Toggle each day on/off to mark it as Open or Closed.
  • Set opening and closing times for each day your business is open.
  • Click "Save" to apply your changes.
  • If enabled in the Journey Builder, opening hours will be displayed in the Location step of the appointment booking journey.
