New Features and Enhancements

Reschedule with Same Resource or Any Resource

A new option in the Journey Builder lets you control whether customers rescheduling an appointment are kept with their originally assigned resource or allowed to choose any available resource. When set to same resource, the reschedule flow only offers times with the person or room the customer was already booked with. When set to any resource, customers can pick from all availability.

This gives you flexibility to match different service models -  for example, keeping a customer with their assigned advisor for continuity, or opening up all availability to make it easier to find a new time. The setting is configured per journey in Studio and is fully translated across all supported locales.

Clone Templates in Template Builder

You can now duplicate an existing email or SMS template in the Template Builder, creating an instant copy that includes the full template body and all configuration settings. This makes it much faster to create variations of an existing template without starting from scratch.

When cloning, a confirmation modal appears with a pre-suggested name that you can edit before confirming. Templates are cloned within your own environment — cross-tenant copies are prevented to keep content securely separated.

View Event Details from the Registration Flow

Event cards in the Event Journey registration flow now include a “View Details” button that links through to the full Event Landing Page for that event. This lets customers read the complete event description, agenda, speakers, and other details before deciding to register, without leaving the booking flow.

The link carries through the specific occurrence the customer clicked, so the landing page shows the correct date and session. This feature is off by default and activates once the eventLandingPageBaseUrl is configured for your organisation.

The queuing confirmation page and queue tracker now include a Print button, allowing customers to print their queue details for reference. This is useful for locations where customers may not have continuous access to their device while waiting, or where a physical ticket is preferred.

The print view is optimised for a clean, readable output with the essential queue information — position, estimated time, and service details.

Studio and Platform Improvements

Journey preview link from company configuration: The Journey Builder in Studio now derives the customer journey preview link from your company's configured base URL, rather than a fixed environment address. This means the “Preview” button correctly opens the journey for your specific setup without manual URL adjustment.

Filter event slots by address: The public event API now supports filtering available event slots by effective address, making it easier to find events at a specific location when using the API directly.

Status filter on the Classic Dashboard: The Classic Dashboard list view now includes a Status column and a filter row, allowing you to filter bookings by their current status directly from the dashboard.

Heading alignment in Event Landing Pages: The Event Landing Page builder now includes a per-section heading alignment option, giving you control over whether headings in the About, Agenda, Header, Services, and Speaker sections are left-aligned, centred, or right-aligned.

Bug Fixes

Reporting

  • Classic Reports charts on non-US locales: Fixed an issue where Classic Reports charts could return an error when the date range was set under a non-US locale. Date parsing for charts is now locale-safe across all supported regions.

Event Landing Page

  • Wrong date displayed for recurring events: Fixed an issue where the Event Landing Page showed the event chain's original start date rather than the specific occurrence the customer selected. The page now correctly displays the date for the chosen occurrence.
